ME card

An ME card with a simple description of myalgic encephalomyelitis or ME. It is ideal for those who are specifically diagnosed with ME rather than CFS/ME, and where severe prolonged symptoms can be triggered by mental or physical exertion.

The card text 

“I have Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME). It is a long term neuro-immune condition causing debilitating exhaustion and fatigue. It can also cause muscle and joint pain, headaches, affect memory, concentration, sleep, speech, digestion, sensory processing and more. It is variable. I have ‘good’ days and ‘bad’ days. Symptoms are worsened by mental or physical activity – even concentrating for a short time may cause severe symptoms. It can take days or weeks for me to recover from doing too much.

There is no cure. This is my normal.”
