Fibromyalgia card

I have fibromyalgia:

A long term condition which can cause pain, fatigue, headaches, tingling, stiffness, ‘brain fog’, touch sensitivity, and affect temperature control, digestion and more. Sometimes the slightest touch is agony.

Symptoms change over time – sometimes very quickly, so what I am able to do varies.

I may need more rest, use a mobility aid, and have to ‘pace’ activities.

There is no cure.

Living with this is my normal.
