This keyring card explains rheumatoid arthritis. 

“I have rheumatoid arthritis. My immune system attacks healthy cells by mistake. It can cause joint pain, stiffness, swelling, fatigue, skin issues, and sometimes affects internal organs. Symptoms may vary from mild to severe – even within the same day. I may need to use a mobility aid. I have to rest and ‘pace’ activities. Some medications to reduce symptoms can stop my immune system working properly so I get ill very easily. It affects people of all ages. There is no cure. Living with this is my normal.”
